(Photo from Lambak & Tulaktule Tour Facebook)PHANGNGA: Authorities, rescuers and local people have widened their search for a 27-year-old Chinese woman who went missing at sea Friday evening, local officials said. Led by deputy governor Phakphum Intarasuwan, officials and rescue workers have agreed to widen the search by 10 nautical miles (14.8km) from the spot where Yang Juan was last seen. A letter has been sent out to various agencies and local people asking them to provide boats for the search. Helicopters are also deployed to assist the search about 24-32km from the shore. The search party involves more than 100 people including rescue workers, local residents and naval officers.
